Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Shorts Creator covering your use of https://www.aishortscreator.com and the clipping service it provides. By creating an account or uploading a video you agree to them.

The service

AI Shorts Creator takes a video you upload, transcribes it, selects segments, and renders those segments as vertical short videos with captions. Results depend on the audio quality and content of what you upload. We do not guarantee that any particular moment will be selected or that selections will suit your purpose.

Your content and our license

You keep all rights you hold in the videos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, transcribe, analyse, cut, reframe, caption, and otherwise process your uploads solely to provide the service to you, and to host and display any short you choose to make public.

You own any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We claim no ownership in it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload the source material and to use the output as you intend.

Acceptable use

• Upload only content you own or are authorised to use.
• Do not upload sexual content, content involving minors in any inappropriate context, or content that harasses, threatens or defames anyone.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload or circumvent the service, its storage or its moderation.
• Do not use the service to infringe anyone’s rights or to break the law where you are.

Uploads and transcripts are checked by automated moderation. We may refuse, make private or remove content and may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Credits, plans and refunds

Jobs are paid for in credits. Subscription credits renew each billing cycle and do not roll over; pack credits do not expire. A job that fails for reasons on our side is refunded in credits automatically. Credits already spent on completed jobs are not refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal and remain active until the end of the paid period. Upgrades are charged as the difference between plans immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded source videos are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. Finished shorts remain available until you delete them or close your account. We may remove content that has been reported or that violates these terms without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Shorts Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

These terms can change; when they do, the date above moves. Keeping on using the service after that date means you accept the revised wording. Questions go to [email protected]. See also the privacy policy.
